中外庭园风格的历史沿革

通过文献检索和比较分析，重点介绍了西方国家在旧约时代、古代、中世纪、文艺复兴末期及近现代的庭园发展情况，并以中国和日本为例概括介绍了东方庭园的发展史。认为古今中外传统造园艺术博大精深，理清历史文脉，借鉴传统文化，是进一步研究现代别墅庭院的基础。

History and Development of Patio Garden Styles in China and Foreign Countries

Based on the literature and comparative analysis, the history and development of the patio garden styles in western countries were summarized. Typical gardens were including in the Old Testament, antiquity, middle ages, the Renaissance, as well as in the modern time. Oriental gardens were presented by cased by the Chinese and Japanese for realization of garden history. Traditional landscape architecture in garden designs showed plentiful and exquisite. It is necessary for mastering the historical characteristics and traditional garden culture, and also benefit to the further researches of the modern gardens.
