| 摘 要： | 采用亚硝基胍、紫外线等处理苏云金杆菌HD-1和7216菌株,获得8663,8714、87085 3株无芽孢突变菌株。分别进行摇瓶试验,并将8663进行7吨发酵罐试验,证明该菌株的发酵性能与原出发菌株基本相当。采用B(?)制剂标准化的程序进行生物测定,效价基本稳定。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the results of studies on the effect of NTG and UV light on Bacillus thuringiensis strain HD-1 and 7216. Three non-spore bearing mutants were obtained, viz. 8663, 8714 and 87085. Results of fermentation trials for the mutant strain 8663 with a 7 ton fermenter showed that the fermentation characteristics of the strain was similar with the original strain. Bioassay with the standardized product (HD-1-S-1980 from U.S.A.) on the fermented liquid of the mutant strain resulted in consistent efficacy. |
