| 摘 要： | 针对新农村信息化建设中农民积极性不高,信息获取以传统方式为主,以及区域发展不平衡等问题,本文对此进行了系统分析,并提出将政府的主导作用与农民的主体作用统一起来、推动农业规模化经营、因地制宜进行信息化建设等建议.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the questions such as farmers' lack of enthusiasm,traditional access way to information as well as unbalanced regional development in the new rural information construction,and put forward some proposal for combining the leading role of the government with the subject role of farmers to promote agriculture large-scale operation and carry out information construction in line with local conditions and so on. |
