| 摘 要： | 通过对农业类科技期刊开放存取建设现状的研究,得出农业科技期刊开放存取系统建设存在重视不足、持续性差等问题。结合农业科技期刊成长期所遇到的问题,指出成长型农业类科技期刊要想获得良性的长足发展,必须适应新的出版环境,借助多方面的平台建设,以提升期刊的显示度和影响力。并认为开放存取系统的建设对于期刊的成长有着不可忽视的作用。

| Abstract: | Through the research on agricultural sci-tech periodical OA system building situation,concluded that the persistence of the OA system is poor and there needs more attention to pay on it.Combined the problems came across the development of agricultural sci-tech periodical,pointed out that if the agricultural sci-tech periodicals want to get benign development,they should to suit the new publishing environment,and get help from the construction of multifarious platform.And more,to holds that the builiding of OA system is not negligible to the development of new periodicals. |
