摘    要:通过施用不同含量的氮、钾,对卷心菜中硝酸盐含量积累的田间试验得出:影响蔬菜中硝酸盐含量的主要因素是氮,而钾对蔬菜中硝酸盐含量的积累和减少无明显的影响。这是因为影响植物吸收钾的因素很多,光照、温度、水分等外界条件的改变会直接影响植物对钾的吸收,并使植物体内的氮代谢和硝酸盐积累也受到影响。

Abstract:Potassiu m is one of mineral nutrient elem ents w hich is essentialfor plant growing . The experim ent on application of different levels of nitrogen and potassiu m was conducted to in vestigate the nitrate accu m ulation in cabbage . The results indicated that nitrogen can increase thenitrate content in cabbage ,w hile potassiu m dose not influence the nitrate accu m ulation in cab bage . Because many factors such as light ,te m perature ,water and so on can influence the uptake ofpotassiu m by plant ,so in cabbage the nitrogen metabolism and nitrate accu m ulation may also bechanged .
