摘    要:以杜仲嫩叶为外植体,诱导愈伤组织并进行增殖试验.在培养基中添加不同浓度的Cu2,研究Cu2对杜仲愈伤组织诱导及增殖的影响.结果表明:诱导培养基中附加1.0 mg/L的Cu2+时,有利于杜仲愈伤组织形成,诱导率最高.在增殖培养基中添加0.7 mg/L的Cu2+时,可明显改善愈伤组织的生长状态,增加愈伤组织增殖生长量.杜仲愈伤组织诱导率及增殖生长量随着Cu2+浓度的升高而逐渐升高,但当Cu2+浓度超过1.0 mg/L时,诱导率及生长量下降.

Abstract:The leaves of E.ulmoides Olive were taken as explants and induced callus formation and proliferation.On the medium,the different concentrations of Cu2+ were supplemented into the media to study the effects on induction and proliferation of E.ulmoides Olive callus.The results showed that Cu2+ was advantageous to callus information,and the induction rates were the highest on the induction medium contained 1.0 mg/L Cu2+.Add 0.7 mg/L Cu2+ in value-added medium could proliferation growth quantity.The rates of in...
