| 摘 要： | 建设项目经济评价是评价建设投资项目对国家和社会经济发展目标及社会福利所作出的实际贡献，是联系宏观投资政策规划和投资项目决策的纽带。在项目分析评价方法体系的选择上，经济分析是其重要的组成部分。通过全面地分析建设项目的经济影响，将项目的各种影响效果纳入到项目投资决策需要考虑的众多因素之中去，以避免因财务分析的片面性可能导致的项目投资决策失误。
