| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法对新农村体育建设的制约性进行探讨,认为制约新农村体育发展的因素主要有经济因素、文化素质因素、政府投入力度因素以及社会转型带来的主体力量因素等,并提出相关建议与对策。

| Abstract: | In this article,the documentation and logical analysis were used to discuss the conditionality of the physical activities construction in the new socialism rural area.The economic and cultural factors,the government input and the subjects in social transformation were thought to be main restrictive factors.Then some relative countermeasures were put forward. |
