摘    要:本文概述了“参与全球水稻分子育种计划研究”项目的实施效果:从23个国家和地区引进了一批优良利质资源,选育了基于22个不同遗传背景的等基因导入系约6万余份,建立了节水抗旱、氮磷高效种质资源的鉴定设施与评价方法,发展了大规模、高通量、低成本的基因鉴定与分子标记技术。形成了一条较为成熟的基于等基因导入系的水稻有利基因发掘、种质创新和新品种选育的技术体系。育成了一批高产稳产优质节水抗旱的新品种(系)。

Abstract:Based on the germplasm accessions originated from 23 countries or regions, more than 60000 near isogenic introgression lines with different genetic background were development. The facilities and screening technologies was also be built to evaluate the morphological and physiological performance of rice, especially the drought tolerance, nitrogen and phosphorous use efficiency. A methodologies on gene mining, germplasm enhancement and new variety development using the introgression lines and molecular markers was formed. Several new varieties or promising lines with high yield potential, good quality, water-saving or drought tolerance were developed and released.
