核桃壳内源抑制物质活性的初步研究

摘    要:对核桃壳内源抑制物质活性进行了研究,结果表明,核桃壳中含有一定活性的内源抑制物质,其提取液对小麦、黄瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长有明显的抑制作用,抑制作用随着提取液浓度的增大而增强。抑制物质中有易溶于水的成分,也有易溶于乙醚的成分,且水溶性物质对种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制作用更强。溶于乙醚的抑制物质纸层析分离后在Rf0.1区段对黄瓜种子萌发和幼根生长的抑制活性最强,Rf0.8区段对幼芽生长抑制活性最强;溶于水的抑制物质纸层析分离后Rf0.8区段对黄瓜种子萌发抑制活性最强,Rf1.0、Rf0.3区段分别对幼芽和幼根生长抑制活性最强。 西北林学院学报21卷第3期贾彩霞等核桃壳内源抑制物质活性的初步研究

Abstract:Inhibiting activities from walnut intrinsic substances were studied.The results showed that endocarp of Juglans ragia contained some intrinsic inhibitors.The extracts had obvious inhibition on the seeds germinition and the growth of young seedlings of Triticum aestivum and Cucumis sativus.The higher the concentration of extracts from walnut endocarp,the higher the inhibiting activity was.Intrinsic inhibitors in J.regia endocarp consist of not only water soluable substances,but also those easily soluble in ether.And the water soluable substances had better inhibiting activity than those soluble in ether.The R_f 0.1 fraction of the ether extracts by paper chromatography showed the strongest inhibitory activity on the germination of cucumber seeds and the growth of its young roots;the R_f 0.8 faction section showed the strongest inhibitory activity on the growth of its sprouts.And the R_f 0.8 fraction of the water extracts by paper chromatography showed the strongest inhibitory activity on the germination of cucumber seeds;the R_f 1.0 and R_f 0.3 fraction respectively showed the strongest inhibitory activity on the growth of its sprouts and the growth of its young roots.
