新疆阿克苏市区茶叶市场调查

为调查新疆阿克苏茶叶市场情况,笔者走访了该市的商业繁华地段和部分茶叶店铺,用询问法、问卷法结合实地观察,对阿克苏市绿茶市场的经营者和消费者进行调查,并取部分茶样进行感官审评。调查结果发现阿克苏市区无成规模的茶叶批发市场,部分经营者的进货渠道单一,市场监管不力,茶文化淡薄,茶叶存放不当,经营者和消费者茶叶知识匮乏,茶商多为汉族而少数名族茶商少等问题,并提出改进建议。

The Investigation on Tea Market in Xinjiang Aksu City

In order to understand the tea market in Aksu of Xingjiang,the author visited parts of the tea stores in Aksu City by using inquiry, questionnaire and observation as method to investigate the green tea market from sellers and consumers, and took some tea samples for sensory evaluation.The survey found that there were no large-scale tea wholesale market in Aksu City, single channel of tea purchasing, lack of markets supervision, weak of tea culture condition, improper tea storage, and lack of knowledge of tea between sellers and consumers. Tea merchants were mainly of Han race and few of them were of ethnic minorities, some recommendations were put forward to solve the problems.
