进口大豆入仓自动分级特性研究

摘    要:通过对不同国别、不同质量进口大豆入仓杂质分布的差异性分析研究,表明进口大豆产地和杂质含量对杂质的均布有一定的影响,且杂质含量的影响大于产地国别影响;大豆入仓自动分级后杂质大多数聚集在中心直径10m的圆形区域内,其中杂质中的大杂是主要的贡献因子,小杂次之,鉴于此提出浅圆仓防分级设备研发方向。

Abstract:The difference analysis study on impurity distributions of inported study been in silo with different quality and different origin showed that the origin of imported soybeans and impurity content have a certain impact on the impurity distributions , and the impurity contentheve greater impact cenpyred with origin of bean .Most automatic classification of impurities gather in a circular area with 10 meters diameter of the Si‐locenter , where large impurity is a major contribution factor ,small impurity followed with it .It's proposed the view of anti-grading equipment study in future .
