摘    要:论述了粮食定等智能检测系统的设计思路;重点介绍了小麦、玉米质量智能检测系统的通讯协议、软硬件的设计和功能特点,该系统改变了传统人工检测、手工录入数据的模式,实现了收购定等质量指标及储藏品质判定仪器数据的自动采集、传输和统计,并与智能化粮库管理平台的数据库实现了数据实时交互和共享,为粮油收购质量源头控制提供了技术支撑;展望了粮食仓储企业质量检验信息化的发展方向。

Abstract:It presents the design idea of the intelligent determination system for grain gradation design;focuses on communication protocols, hardware and software design ,and function of the wheat and corn quality in‐telligent determination system, the system has changed the traditional manual testing, manual data entry mode, to achieve the goal that data of quality indicators of grain purchase gradation and judgement index of storage quality ,can be automatically obtained, transfered and statisticed, to achieve the data real-time communication and sharing between it and the intelligent database management platform of grain storages. The system provides technical support for quality control in the peried of grain and oil purchase of. It pros‐pect the developing direction of grain storage enterprises quality testing informatization .
