枣树花叶病的研究

关于枣树花叶病及其病原尚未见前人报道。本文对枣树花叶病的叶片和果实的症状作了观察和描述。用病组织提取物制膜、浸渍法制膜和超薄切片、在电镜下都检查到类菌原体(MLO)。健康的对照样品中未见到任何病原物。用四环素进行防治试验、结果表明,四环素对枣树花叶病有一定治疗效果。经施药后,外观恢复健康的枣树正常开花结果。认为枣树花叶病是由类菌原体(MLO)感染所致。

A STUDY OF THE MOSAIC DISEASE OF ZIZYPHUS JUJUBA MILL

The symptom consisting of mosaic leaves and fruits mottiing lumpy surface of jujuba(Zizyphus jujuba Mill)caused by a mosaic disease was described. Tetracyelines used as the rapeutie agents were injected into the stems of disased plant and characteristic symptoms of the malady in question were somewhat suppressed. Five of the recovered plant have already blossomed and borne fruits. Thin section made of the leaves of diseased plant, partially purified preparation extraeted from jely of minced of those leaves showing distinct symptom, and corresponding samples prepared from healthy plant were examined with electron microscope. Mycoplasma-like organisms(MLO)were found to be associated exclusively with samples made from the diseased plant, while in the healthy one there are no such MLO were found. It's therefore considered that jujuba mosaic disease appears to be caused by infection with the MLO observed alone.
