橡胶净光合速率及其影响因子日变化研究

摘    要:采用Li-6400便携式全自动光合测定仪对橡胶树幼苗叶片净光合速率(Pn)及其相关因子的日变化规律进行测定。结果表明:在晴天少云条件下,橡胶苗叶片Pn日变化为双峰曲线,具有明显的“午休”特征;光合作用“午休”现象是由非气孔因素引起的,而不是气孔导度下降导致CO2的供应量的减少所致;影响橡胶树叶片Pn日变化的主要生理因子是气孔导度、蒸腾强度和胞间CO2浓度,主要生态因子是光合有效辐射和大气相对湿度。

Abstract:Diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and its affecting environmental factors of Hevea brasiliensis (Willdenow ex A. de Jussieu) Mueller-Argoviensis were measured by using the Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system in sunny days during September and November 2004. The net photosynthetic rate of the leaves showed a bimodal curve of diurnal variation and had an obvious character of photosynthetic depression at midday. The photosynthetic "sleeping" at noon is not resulted from reduced supply of CO2 due to stomatal resistance, but from non-stomatal factors. The main physiological factors that affect diurnal variation of Pn include stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration; and the main environmental factors light intensity and relative humidity.
