构建图书馆危机预警管理系统

现代图书馆危机管理的重点是预防危机发生,及尽早地发现危机来临。建立一套能感应危机来临的信号报告系统,帮助图书馆采取及时的行动,迅速转入危机事件管理状态是图书馆管理工作的中心任务。提出了危机预警管理系统主要由信息收集系统、信息加工系统、决策系统、警报系统4个子系统组成。

Construction of Crisis Early-warning Management System in Libraries

It is the key point to prevent the crisis occurrence and discover the crisis coming in the modern library crisis management as soon as possible It is an important management work of the library to establish a set of the signal reporting system to induce the crisis coming to help the library to take the prompt action and rapidly changes over to the crisis event.This paper has put forward a crisis early-warning management system mainly formed by four subsystems: the information-gathering systems,information processing system,decision-making system and alarm system.
