基于机器视觉的茶叶等级区分

摘    要:提出利用机器视觉和matlab图像处理技术来区分茶叶的等级。以4个等级的绿茶为实验对象,通过提取不同等级茶叶的图像形状特征参数,采用多类逐步分析法进行特征优化并建立区分模型,实现了室内条件下茶叶等级的区分,正确率达81.25%。

Abstract:This study offered an idea that tea grade can be distinguished with machine vision and matlab image processing technology.In this experiment,four grades of green tea were used as experimental targets.Through the extraction of image shape and feature parameter of different grades of tea and using multiple analysis method stepwise for feature optimization and establishing distinguishing model,it make the grade distinction under indoor conditions.The accuracy rate is 81.25%.
