| 摘 要： | 益生菌对于机体的有益作用，尤其是免疫调节作用越来越受到重视，但其确切的作用机制仍在不断的研究中。文章综述了益生菌对机体免疫调节作用，益生菌的活性、黏附性、内化、对机体局部免疫反应、系统免疫反应和自身免疫反应的研究进展。

| Abstract: | The beneficial effects,especially the immunoregulation effects of probiotics,are paid more and more attention,but the precise mechanisms of the effects are still under study.This paper reviewed the research progress on immunoregulation mechanisms of probiotics about its viability,adhesion,internalization and its effect on local immune response,systemic immune response and autoimmune response. |
