| 摘 要： | 利用花粉管通道法，将含有ｉｐｔ基因和Ｔｉ质粒导入大豆品种：绥农８号、黑农３６、庆丰１号、其变异后代光合特性及农艺性状发生变化；地片叶绿素含量提高，光合速率加快。株高、高枝数、单株英数、单株粒重及百粒重发生较大变化。

The Changes of Photosynthetic and Agronomic Traits on Transgenic Soybean |

| Abstract: | Bypollen tube pathway method, the plasmid with ipt-gene has been transferred into Suinong 8,Heinong 36 and Qingfeng1. Their variation lines changed in photosythetic and agronomictraits. Chlorophyll contents of functional leaves increased. photosythetic rates werefast. Plant height, branch number, pods number per plant, seed weight per plant and100-seed weight changed favorably. |
