茶叶联合筛分生产线及筛分方法研究

针对六堡茶生产过程中筛分效率低、筛选品质无法保持一致的问题,设计茶叶联合筛分工艺过程,改进筛分设备,研发六堡茶联合筛分生产线;自主研发茶叶储存输送装置,对抖筛机、风选机等筛分设备完成升级改造,成功开发六堡茶联合筛分方法,实现了送料、筛分的自动化,降低了人力成本,提高了生产效率,使茶叶筛分品质保持稳定一致,取得6项专利成果.六堡茶联合筛分生产线及筛分方法可行、可靠,可推广应用.

Study on Joint Screening Production Line and Screening Technique of Tea

Objective] The joint screening production line and screening technique of tea was studied and developed. Method] Aiming at the problem of low screening efficiency, in- consistent screening quality in the production of Liupao tea, the joint screening process of tea was designed, the screening equipment was improved and the joint screening production line was developed. Result] The storage and conveying plant of tea was developed independently, the screening equipments such as sifting machine and winnower was upgraded, the joint screen- ing method of Liupao tea was developed successfully, the tea can be conveyed and screened automatically, the labor cost was reduced, the production efficiency was improved, and the tea screening quality was stable and consistent.
