| 摘 要： | 水产品中氯霉素残留会通过食物链富集作用对人体健康构成危害,建立快速、简便、有效的检测技术十分必要。胶体金试纸条快速检测技术操作简单,检测时间短,携带方便,价格经济。对胶体金试纸条快速检测技术进行探讨,为水产品氯霉素残留快速检测发展提供技术依据。

| Abstract: | Chloramphenicol residues in aquatic products affect human health through enrichment of the food chain, so a rapid, simple, and effective technology is necessary. Colloidal gold test strip is a testing technology with such advantages as easy operation, short detection time, being convenient to carry and favorite price. In this paper, the colloidal gold test strip for rapid detection technology is discussed to provide the technical basis for the development of rapid detection of chloramphenicol residues in aquatic products. |
