摘    要:针对红外辐射干燥过程中辐射的热流密度高,造成鲜杏单面受热出现阴阳面,影响干燥品质等问题,设计一种鲜杏干燥机的振动装置。通过对干燥机振动装置的动力学分析,以及鲜杏在振动装置上可承受的最大振动速度的分析与试验,为振动装置的设计及改进提供理论依据。

Research of Vibration Device of Fresh Apricot Dryer based on Infrared Ray

Abstract:The infrared radiation heat flux density of drying process is high, resulting in uneven heating of fresh apricot-sided, which af-fects the drying quality. The vibration device of fresh apricot dryer was designed. Dynamics analysis of the dryer vibration device was made and experiments were conducted to test the maximum vibration velocity of fresh apricot on the vibration device with a view of pro-viding a theoretical basis for the design and improvement of the vibration device.
