| 摘 要： | 实施灌溉用水总量控制和定额管理是实施严格水资源管理的重要方法,也是分配灌溉用水使用权的基本依据。在明确灌溉用水定额概念及其主要内涵的基础上,探讨灌溉用水定额的影响因素以及相关指标的含义、性质,论述灌溉用水总量和用水定额的关系,为合理确定农业灌溉用水定额提供参考。

| Abstract: | The implementation of the total control over irrigation water use and quota management is an important method for strict management of water resources, and it is also the basis for allocating of irrigation water use right. Based on defining the concept and connotation of irrigation water quota, this paper deals with the affecting factors of irrigation water quota and the meaning and nature of correlative indexes, and discusses the relationship between irrigation water volume and water quota in a bid to provide reference for rational alllocation of agricultural irrigation water quota. |
