低功耗电子脉动器的设计

摘    要:挤奶机脉动器性能的好坏直接影响着挤奶效率、奶牛产奶量及奶站的经济效益。针对现有电子脉动器应用中存在的问题,研制一种节能、可靠性高、运行管理成本低的低功耗电子脉动器,介绍该脉动器的结构设计与工作过程,分析实现低功耗的原理。

Abstract:The performance of electronic pulsator has a direct effect the efficiency of milking, milk yield and the economic benefit of milk stations. In view of the existing problems in the application of electronic pulse, we developed a low power electronic pulsator of en-ergy-saving, high reliability, and low cost in operation and management. This article examines the design of the structure and the work-ing process of the pulsator, and analyzes the principle of its low power consumption.
