| 摘 要： | 以山西某煤矿矿井兼并重组整合项目为例，介绍煤矿重组整合项目的基本情况及水土流失现状，根据工程建设特点分析项目水土流失类型、侵蚀强度以及新增水土流失情况，对水土流失防治措施体系进行深入研究，为更好地治理煤矿类兼并重组整合项目水土流失提出合理化建议。

| Abstract: | This paper, taking the merger and reorganization of a coal mine in Shanxi as an example, examines the basic status of soil and water loss caused by the reorganization and integration project of coal mines and, based on the analysis of construction types, erosion in-tensity and the newly added soil erosion, the author made a through study on the soil erosion prevention measure system in a bid to bet-ter control soil and water loss due to coal mining mergers and acquisitions. |
