多功能气动压力机的设计

摘    要:设计一种多功能气动压力机,该机通过PLC控制内部气缸的伸缩状态,从而实现压头的上、下伸缩,完成冲孔、铆合、轴承压入等作业。介绍多功能气动压力机的结构与工作原理,说明主要零部件的设计,并利用PRO/E软件完成整机装配与检验。

Abstract:A multifunctional pneumatic press machine was designed, which is capable of accomplishing the upper and lower telescopic of the pressure head and completing punching, riveting, bearing pressing operations through the expansion and contract of the internal cylinder controlled by PLC. This article examines the multifunctional pneumatic structure and working principle of the press, the design of main parts, and completes the assembly and test using PRO/E software.
