摘    要:为了探讨应用Bray-Kurtzl法测定有效磷时显色条件对磷标准曲线以及样品有效磷含量的影响,在标线溶液和样品浸提液中加入钼锑抗显色剂后,分别放置于20、25、30℃水浴或空气中显色30 min,测定其吸光度。结果表明:标准曲线溶液在20℃和25℃的空气和水浴中、30℃的空气中均无法完全显色,导致吸光度偏低;在30℃水浴中能很好地显色,得到合格的标准曲线。样品浸提液则对显色条件要求不高,各条件下均能得到相似的结果。

Influence of Coloration Conditions on Determination of Available Phosphorus in Acidic Soil

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of the coloration condition on drawing phosphorous standard curves and on determining available phosphorus contents of samples when applying Bray-Kurtzl method ,standard solutions and sample extracts were placed under water bath or air conditions at 20℃,25℃,30℃respectively for 30 min after adding Mo-Sb chromogenic agent and then measured. The results showed that in water bath at 20℃and 25℃,or air conditions at 20℃,25℃,30℃,standard solutions could not react completely ,resulting in low absorbance. While in 30℃water bath,the standard curve was good. For sample extracts,the coloration condition was not so important,and similar results were obtained under all experiment conditions.
