铬(Ⅲ)螯合物-烟酸铬(Ⅲ)的分析

摘    要:以红外光谱法分析烟酸铬(Ⅲ)的结构,采用市郊和注相色谱法和等离子发射光谱法分别测定烟酸铬(Ⅲ)中烟酸及铬的含量。分析表明:样品为烟酸铬(Ⅲ)内络盐的螯合物,金属元素和配 体的摩尔比为1:3。采用草酸做溶剂及使用SAX阳离子交换柱分析烟酸的效果较好。

Abstract:A analytical method of chromium nicotinate was reported.Thestruction of the synthetic compound was studied by use of infraredspectroscopy and its content was determined by HPLC and Inductivly coupled plasma atomic emis sion spectrometry(ICP-AES).The result indicates that the molar ratio of the metallic element and its ligand is 1 to 3.The analytical effect is better adoptting oxalic acid as solvent and SAX anion exchange column.
