| 摘 要： | 风险投资是推动科技成果转化为生产力的良好的投融资体制。通过分析世界各国创业投资的实践 ,总结出了国外风险投资的经验 ,并针对我国风险投资业存在的问题 ,提出了相应的改进建议。
