摘    要:随焊锤击的时机取决于温度场变化,针对此问题,以MZ1-1000型自动埋弧焊机、Φ2 mm的H08A焊丝为例,对平板堆焊进行了模拟,建立了三维有限元计算模型,并编制了实现热源移动的循环子程序;运用表面效应单元,解决了两种不同载荷同时加载的问题,实现了焊接温度场的三维动态模拟,得到了不同时刻焊件的焊接温度场分布。

Abstract:The peening time depends on change of the temperature field.This research used MZ1-1000 automatic submerged arc welder and 2 mm-diameter H08A electrode wire to simulate welding with trailing peening and to establish three dimensional finite element models.Meanwhile,a subprogram was designed to recycle the heat source.The problem of simultaneous loading of two different loads was solved by using surface effect elements.Three dimensional dynamic simulation was performed and temperature field at different time was obtained.
