| 摘 要： | 试验用蚕豆枯萎病菌毒素液进行对蚕豆种子发芽及幼苗生长毒害作用的研究。病菌毒素液用枯萎病菌培养液经多层纱布过滤,在60 ℃水浴锅中加热10 min,再用6 000 r/min离心20 min获得。测试结果,病菌毒素液对蚕豆种子发芽率和幼苗根生长具有明显的毒害作用;在同一浓度下,感病品种受到的毒害比抗病品种强。对不同种植物幼苗的毒害作用研究结果,一定浓度的病菌毒素液对各种植物幼苗都有不同程度的毒害作用,表明蚕豆枯萎病菌毒素属于非专化性毒素。

| Abstract: | Toxic effects of Fusarium oxysporum Extracts on broad bean seed germination and seedling growth was tested in this study. The toxin was extracted by sieving F.oxysporum culture liquid and centrifuging for 20 minutes at 6 000 r/min after warming for 10 minutes at 60 ℃. Tested results indicated that the effect of the toxin on seed germination rate and seedling root growth of broad bean was significant. Sensitive cultive was more vulnerable than resistant one under the same concentration. At the same time, toxic effects on several host plants were tested. It found that toxin extract harmed on all these plants at some extent. Therefore the toxin was not specialized. |
