| 摘 要： | 以“玉美人”薄皮甜瓜为试材，研究了嫁接对薄皮甜瓜成熟期和成熟过程中果实主要品质的影响。结果表明：嫁接极显著地提高了甜瓜果实的乙烯释放量和呼吸速率，分别在花后35d和37d达到高峰，均比自根果实延后2d。嫁接提高了脂氧合酶活性，其活性变化与果实乙烯释放同步。对开花后相同天数果实，嫁接提高了果实硬度和含水量，降低了干物质积累和可溶性固形物含量，增加了有机酸含量，嫁接比自根果实延后2d成熟。比较两者均达到成熟的果实，果实的硬度、含水量和干物质含量无显著差异。嫁接只是影响了成熟果实的糖酸含量。

| Abstract: | The oriental sweet melon cultivar 'yumeiren' was used in the experiment,effects of grafting on maturity stage and its associated quality during melon fruit development and maturation was investigated.The results show that grafting significantly increases ethylene production and respiratory rate,and ethylene and respiratory peaks are presented at 35 d and 37 d after anthesis,respectively.These two peaks are both later 2 d than own-root fruits.Grafting increases LOX activity and change of the enzyme activity ... |
