摘 要: | 随着水分胁迫的加剧,佛手叶片的相对含水量(RWC)、叶水势(ψw)下降,中绿体数目逐渐减少,类囊体片层松散、破裂并逐渐解体,叶绿素(chl)含量下降。与此同时,超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性呈先略上升后下降的趋势,丙二醛(MDA)含量增加。因此,佛手叶对水分亏缺非常敏感。

Abstract: | With the increase of water stress--relative water content (RWC) water potential (ψw ) and the number of chloroplasts of Citrus medi ca var. sarcofactyis leaves decreased, the lamellae were loosened, ripped and disintegrat ed gradually, the content of chlorophyll (chl) declined, the activities of super oxide dismutase (SOD) first increased slightly and then decreased, and malondia ldehyde (MDA) content rose. It is suggested that Citrus medica var. s arcofactyis is sensitive to water stress. |
