| 摘 要： | 基于富阳市竹林道建设7年多的实践,评估了竹林道建设的成本与效益,分析了目前竹林道建设中存在的问题,提出了加快竹林道建设的建议,即加大政府扶持力度、建立长效管理机制、深化林权体制改革、加强多部门协调合作等。

| Abstract: | Based on the practices of bamboo forest road construction in Fuyang City for more than seven years, the cost and benefits of the construction were evaluated, as well as the problems existed in the construction were analyzed. On the basis of evaluation and analysis, policy recommendations were proposed for accelerating the construction of bamboo forest roads, including increasing government supports, establishing long-term management mechanism, deepening the forest tenure reform, and strengthening the coordination and cooperation of multi-department. |
