| 摘 要： | 细胞凋亡是多基因严格控制的过程如Bcl-2家族、胱冬酶家族、c-myc、P53等.随着分子生物学技术的发展,人们对多种细胞凋亡的过程有了相当的认识,但是病毒家族对机体感染过程中对凋亡发生和抑制的过程确切机制尚不完全清楚.该研究将集中阐述与经典的细胞凋亡和副凋亡相关的信号转导途径和病毒蛋白参与其中的多种调节因子的作用机理.

| Abstract: | Apoptosis is a process that was strictly controlled by many genes including Bcl-2 family, caspase family, c-myc, P＇53 and so on. With the development of molecular technology, the apoptosis process of many kinds of cell was known,but the occurrence and suppression mechanism in the body infection process by virus family was not clear. The signal transduction pathways that were related with typical apoptosis and para-ap- optosis and the mechanism of many regulatory factors that viral protein involved were reviewed. |
