| 摘 要： | 介绍了重庆三峡农业科学院结合自身的科技工作特点，在科研项目档案管理工作方面所做的实践探索、取得的经验与存在的问题。提出了加强领导，提高认识；强化制度办法，责任落实到人；制定规则，统一归档模式；加大资金投入，推进科研档案现代化管理；加强学习，提高档案管理能力的科研项目档案管理工作思路。

| Abstract: | Practice，acquired experiences and existed problems in management of scientific research project files were introduced combining with the characteristics of its own technology work in Chongqing Three Gorges Academy of Agricultural Sciences.Work thoughts about management of scientific research project files，such as strengthening leadership to raising understanding，intensifying systems or ways for the duties，laying rules to unify model of file places，putting into funds vigorously to push modernized management of scientific research project files，and strengthening study to increase the ability on management of scientific research project files were suggested. |
