| 摘 要： | 自1984年以来,在辽宁省东部山区调查大面积红松落针病林分的基础上,选出人工红松抗落针病优树17株。利用抗病优树及不同程度感病的针叶制浸汁培养基,定量接种病原菌(Lophodermium maximum)。研究结果表明:抗病能力与对照比差异极显著,利用判别函数对抗病优树进行综合判别,比经验选择有着更合理的严密性。

| Abstract: | 17 dominant trees of disease resistant to korean pine needle cast were sclected from eastern mountain area of Liaoning since 1984 in the diseased forest. The experiment of artificial inoculation with pathogen on the trees culture by the needle juice of the disease resistant trees was carried out, difference in affected disease is remarkable. The result showed that the method of comprehensive discrimination to the disease resistant dominant trees has more rationable strictness than the expiriential selection. |
