| 摘 要： | 茶树特色新品种——‘乌蒙早’是从乌蒙山野生大茶树群体品种中经变异单株系统选育而成,其品种性状突出,特色明显,与对照福鼎大白茶比较,具有发芽早,生长势强,产量高,发芽整齐,芽叶嫩绿肥壮,用其加工的扁形和毛峰形名优茶,其外形绿润显毫,香气栗香浓郁持久,滋味醇厚回甘,产品风格十分突出,是四川省近几年来新育成的早生、优质、高香和适制名优绿茶的突破性优良品种.

| Abstract: | The special-feature new variety Camellia sinensis cv.Wu-meng-zao was bred from wild tea plants finding in Wu-meng-shan by system selection.Compared with Fu-ding tea variety(CK),Wu-meng-zao had excellent quality,including in early budding,strong growth,high yield,germination tidiness,tender green leaves and buds.The Maofong tea from Wu-meng-zao had the characteristics of strong atmosphere and lasting chestnut aroma.In a word,Wu-meng-zao was disruptive and fine varieties in Sichuan. |
