摘    要:为了解马铃薯品种种薯的亲缘关系,利用SRAP分子标记技术对贵州省生产种植的10个马铃薯品种32份种薯材料的遗传多样性及纯度进行了分析.结果表明,13对引物扩增出的148条带中33条呈多态,多态性比率为22.2%.在遗传相似系数0.742处分为3个类群,同一品种间等级不同种薯的遗传背景很近,趋向于聚在一起.

Abstract:The genetic diversity and seedtuber purity of 32 materials from 10 potato lines planted in Guizhou province were studied by using SRAP molecular marker to know the relationship between them.The results showed that total 148 bands were generated with 13 primers,of which 33 were polymorphic,and the polymorphic rate was 22.2%.The cluster analysis showed that the 32 potato materials could be divided into three groups at similarities coefficient of 0.703.The different rank of potato materials tend to be clustere...
