贵州省农业植物新品种保护的现状与对策建议

加入WTO后,开展植物新品种保护显得极为重要。为进一步促进贵州省植物新品种保护工作的开展,分析了贵州省植物新品种保护现状,结合对贵州主要农业科研单位的相关调研结果,针对贵州省植物新品种保护中存在的保护申请总量偏低、申请主体结构失衡等问题,提出了相应的对策建议。
