| 摘 要： | 揭示赤霉素20-氧化酶基因的分子特征,通过转基因技术调控植物体内活性赤霉素的含量,可为改良品种提供新的思路。从赤霉素20-氧化酶基因的克隆、表达调控及其在植物基因工程中的应用等方面进行了综述。

| Abstract: | The molecular characteristics of GA 20-oxidase genes were revealed,gibberellin content in plant body was regulated by using transgenic technology to provide a new train of thought for breed improvement.The cloning,expression and regulation of GA 20-oxidase genes and its application in plant genetic engineering were reviewed in this paper. |
