摘    要:为进一步更加科学地开发利用九香虫抑菌物质,采用直接离心法、匀浆法和浸提法3种方式提取九香虫血淋巴,并分别检测每一种提取法所得上清液、下层液体和沉淀物质的抑菌活性,并进行比较分析.结果表明,血淋巴原血对10种试验菌的抑菌圈直径均大于0.7 cm,对革兰氏阳性菌的抑菌活性(MIC=16)强于革兰氏阴性菌(MIC=8).说明...
