摘    要:发酵床养猪技术是一种利用生态学、生态经济学的理论和方法进行生猪生产的过程,具有低排放、无臭气,节省饲料,降低成本,加强猪的福利和提高猪肉品质的优点。论文综述了发酵床养猪模式的基本概念、基本原理以及影响发酵床养猪模式生态效应的关键因素。

Abstract:The technology of fermened bed for pig-raising is a kind of pig production by using the process of ecology,ecological economics theory and methods,with the advantages in low emission,odor preventing,feed saving,cost reducing.It can also strengthen the welfare of pigs and improve pork quality.This paper summarized the basic concept of fermented bed,basic principle and ecological factors affecting the fermented bed in this new pig-raising mode.
