中国南瓜主要农艺性状的相关及灰色关联分析

摘    要:明确南瓜各农艺性状对目标性状影响的主次关系,对加快南瓜育种进程具有重要指导意义.本研究以55个中国南瓜自交系为试材,采用相关分析和灰色关联分析法对其9个农艺性状之间的相互关系进行了分析.结果表明:与总产量关联度最大的为单瓜重,其次为千粒重,单瓜重与总产量之间呈极显著正相关;与单瓜重的关联度千粒重>第一座瓜节位>总产量>可溶性固形物含量;可溶性固形物含量与单瓜重呈极显著负相关;第一座瓜节位与可溶性固形物含量关联度最大;千粒重与白粉病病情指数关联度最大;第一座瓜节位与病毒病的病情指数关联度最大.

Abstract:Better understanding of the primary and secondary correlation between various agronomic traits and the breeding goal traits is helpful for pumpkin breeding.The relationships between nine agronomic traits of fifty-five Cucurbita moschata inbred lines were analyzed by using the correlation analysis and gray relational analysis.The correlation between plot yield and single fruit weight was significantly high.For plot yield,the highest association was with fruit weight,followed by seed weight.For single fruit w...
