阿维菌素对南美白对虾的急性毒性试验

摘    要:通过48h的急性毒性试验验证在水体中施用不同浓度的阿维菌素导致南美白对虾的中毒和死亡情况,试验结果表明:在水温25.0~26.5℃、pH值7.50~7.82、溶解氧含量为7.82~7.99mg/L、氨氮0.020~0.359mg/L、盐度7.93~8.08的水体环境中,使用阿维菌素后的48h内对体长10.1~11.9cm、体重9.7~11.8g的南美白对虾最低致死浓度为3.00×10-4~6.00×10……-4mg/L,南美白对虾的致死时间随着阿维菌素浓度的增加而缩短,南美白对虾对阿维菌素中毒症状表现为麻痹、昏迷、死亡。

Toxicity Experiment of Abamectin against Litopenaeus vannamei

Abstract:48h acute toxicity experiments were carried out to validate the xoxicosis and death of L.vannamei in different comcertration Abamectin solution.The results showed that in water environment with temperature of 25.0~26.5℃,pH 7.50~7.82,dissolved oxygen 7.82~7.99mg/L,ammonia nitrogen 0.020~0.359mg/L,and salinity 7.93~8.08,the minial lethal concertration of L.vannamei(body length 10.1~11.9cm,weight 9.7~11.8g)was 3.00×10-4~6.00×10-4mg/L,within 48h after using Abamectin.The lethal time of L.vannamei shortened as the Abamectin concertration increased,and the toxic symptoms of L.vannamei were paralysis,coma,and death.
