| 摘 要： | 目的]分析长白山特有种单头橐吾叶片挥发油的化学成分。方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取叶片挥发油,用GC毛细管柱进行分析,用面积归一化法测定其相对含量,并用GC-MS法鉴定化学成分。结果]检出10个色谱峰,鉴定出9种化合物,占挥发油总量的94.62%。单头橐吾挥发油主要化学成分为石竹烯氧化物（50.00%）,其次是植物醇,z-α-反式-香柠檬醇,环戊甲酸-3-异丙叉-龙脑酯,7-亚甲基-2,4,4-三甲基-2-乙烯基-双环4,3,0]壬烷,3,7-二甲基-6-辛烯-1-醇甲酸酯,而石竹烯和正十六酸的相对含量均在3.00%以下。其中,石竹烯和石竹烯氧化物占总挥发油的52.17%,2种醇类和2种酯类分别占24.00%和10.44%,1种烷类占5.43%。结论]鉴定出的9种化合物,均首次从该植物中检出,是开发祛痰止咳及强身类药物的重要资源植物。
