摘    要:枇杷果核棕色素是一种天然色素。为提高提取率,分别以甲醇、乙醇、弱酸及弱碱等4种溶剂对枇杷果核棕色素进行单因素提取试验。结果表明:枇杷果核棕色素溶于甲醇、乙醇、及弱酸和弱碱的水溶液中;在相同提取条件下,乙醇水溶液对枇杷果核棕色素的溶解度最大,提取率最高。采用均匀设计法优化乙醇浓度、提取温度和提取时间等参数及其交互作用对枇杷果核棕色素提取工艺,得到枇杷果核棕色素提取率最高的多元回归方程,置信水平达95%,影响提取率的主次顺序为乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间。

Abstract:The brown pigment of loquat nut is natural and safe pigment.Aiming to strengthen the pigment extraction,through comparing the extraction effect of different solvents,we studied on single factor experiment,such as methyl alcohol,ether,weak acid and weak alkali solution.The results showed that the brown pigment of Loquat could be dissolved in the four solvents;At the same condition of extraction,the brown pigment of loquat was the most dissolvability and rate of extraction in methyl alcohol.Based on uniform experiment,we optimized the extracted conditions of brown pigment from loquat nut on methyl alcohol contentration,extraction temperature,extraction time and their crosscorrelation.Obtained the most eatraction of regressive equation,it had a 95% high confident level.Methyl alcohol concentration was the most important factor for the rate of extraction,followed by extraction temperature,and extraction time.
