葡萄落叶前叶片细胞亚显微结构的变化

摘    要:电子显微镜观察结果表明,生长季山葡萄与玫瑰香叶片细胞亚显微结构无明显差异.随着秋季温度的降低,山葡萄叶绿体相互聚集,片层结构稳定,内部淀粉植减少见脂滴增加;液泡膜内陷,形成一些吞噬泡。落叶前,玫瑰香叶绿体中的淀粉粒亦减少,脂滴有增加的趋势,但片层结构清晰度明显下降,末见叶绿体聚集和吞噬泡的形成。

Abstract:The observation by transmission electron microscope showed that the cellular ultrastructures of two species of grape (V. amurensis Rupr. and V. vhafra) produced significant changes in leaf from growing season to defoliation. The following experimental results were obtained. During the growing season, the palisade and spongy mesophyll cells contained a big central vacuole and many chloroplasts storing starch grain. With the low temperature of coming autumn, chloroplasts were coaguIated and lamellae was stable; Meanwhile, the stored starch grains of chloroplasts were markedly decreased and lipids gradually increased; The vacuoles produced endocytosis in the Ieaf cells of V. amure;isis Rupr. beford de foliation, the starch grains were aIso decreased and lipids increased to some extent, but the lamellae of chloroplasts became invisible; furthermore, the coagulation of chloropIasts and endocytosis of vecuoles were not occured in the leaf cells of Mascate Hambury (V. vinifera)
