| 摘 要： | 包头作为资源经济型城市,在工业化与城市化飞速发展进程中,环境不可避免受到破坏。若要解决好经济增长与环境保护之间的矛盾,实现经济社会可持续发展,走"生态包头"之路是唯一选择,这已成为包头市委、市政府和全市人民的共识。
