| 摘 要： | 从郑汴一体化的提出背景出发,阐述了城市土地集约利用的涵义,从修编土地利用总体规划、盘活城市存量土地、优化用地空间布局、健全土地市场体系、强化土地法制管理、增强集约节约用地意识等方面提出了郑汴一体化背景下城市土地集约节约利用的战略选择。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the Zhengzhou-Kaifeng integration,the meaning of urban land intensive utilization was elaborated.Strategic selection of urban land intensive and economical utilization under the background of Zhengzhou-Kaifeng integration was put forward from the aspects of the revision of land use overall plan,promoting the investigation of urban land storage,optimizing spatial distribution of land use,perfecting land market system,strengthening land legal system,reinforcing intensive and economical land use consciousness and so on. |
